ARTPOP has amazing moments (Sexxx Dreams's chorus, G.U.Y.'s bridge, ARTPOP, Do What U Want) but it's an overbaked cookie with an underbaked recipe.
I truly believe Donatella and Fashion! are highlights of ARTPOP.

Honestly debating ARTPOP and The Fame, though. It's really close, The Fame just has such high highs but such low lows. ARTPOP is consistently okay to amazing.
Exactly how I feel. I was obsessed with BTW for so long. I'm hoping Joanne can take that top spot
