Taylor didn't "end" these girls, but She is pretty much responsible for the "pop girl fatigue" that has contributed to them underperforming or else behaving in "un-pop-girl-like" ways (ditching the mainstream pop sound, no over-the-top promo, etc) in order to find success and/or acclaim.

I've seen multiple tweets on my timeline mocking the "Born This Way" singer with pictures of the Joanne album cover next to pictures of her from a few years ago—her nose and lip looking completely different.

The delusion.
Rihanna began to take risks with her music way before people got tired of the "pop girl" or Taylor. And she never did over the top promo to begin with. Bey has been taking risks since 2011 and hasn't done lots of promo for a while now. Everyone else released regular pop albums and most likely did as much promo as they could.
