The determining factor will be whether it's given a chance at radio. If they spin it at least somewhat continuously, I predict it will become a certified smash as it grows on people. And if they drop it right away, well it's DOA. I really can't see a middle ground for it. It's either going to rule or it's going to be forgotten asap.

100% agree. The GP needs a chance to warm up to it, just as many of us have.
I think this radio deal they have running will help in a major way. Getting the song in the GP's faces as much as possible so the track can grow on them.
If they drop the song once the deal is over, we'll have a big problem on our hands.
