There's NO WAY the album is coming in February--6 months away! Plus she starts filming the movie around then so I see the album actually coming soon and probably very likely a short, 6 month era.
She herself said she is releasing a new album before 2016 ends, and Universal Music Group is expecting it to be out 2016 (she was added to upcoming 2016 releases in a label newsletter a few weeks ago).
We don't have any reason to believe 2017.
I'm still sticking with 11/11 for album release since it's a Friday and matches PI's release of 9/9.
Caused by a fake press release with PI in it. (Which also said Gaga sold 10 million+ albums in Australia alone).
