It's not like a pregnant man will be carrying his man's baby. They would still need an egg donor for all that to happen. It's like using a surrogate in a more expensive, life-risking unnecessarily extravagant way.

And isn't the, for lack of a better word, 'point' of biological childbirth as opposed to adoption or w/e to have a child that is biologically yours? With a transplanted uterus it's the same as getting a surrogate mother but you need a huge operation and to carry the child yourself.
