Honestly, in real life I only know people who (except buy on iTunes, but rarely) use Spotify and most of them the free version.

If the song is destined to be a hit, it will be, otherwise all the deals-exclusivities or whatever are pointless.
A lot of videos who premiered on Apple Music lost tones of initial views then on Youtube-Vevo, that it's the most important thing right now where to be popular.

Even Adele put immediately 'Hello' on Spotify, so not a big deal.
A Youtube-Vevo-Spotify release all at once, as always been the best scenario.

For the rest I'm pretty sure that booking a stage and some tv shows, it won't be a issue for her.

the only thing would be is that Spotify would boycott the single like Rise.

The shorter exclusive window is kind of a win-win for everyone. It's a win for those that still want an exclusive and for Gaga and her team if they really aligned a lot of promo with Apple and it's also a win for those concerned about an exclusive taking away from her streams and sales.
