They haven't had power in the executive seat for 8 years, it's about to be 12. Their grip is slipping in the judicial seat since Obama got to nominate 2 liberalish judges, and Hilary will fill the newly open seat with another liberal judge. Once midterms come around, the republican will lose the congressional seats and the last of their party flavor will be eliminated.
