Probably (either with FWT if she adds more dates, or with a future tour) but Madonna will ALWAYS be the queen of touring. Similarly to how in about a week Beyoncé will snatch her vma awards record but will never take her place as queen of the vma's or have a videography even half as iconic or impactful as M. No shade.
