That news actually came from a Pop Justice insider who said something like that they physically ran into him at a studio and Max told them personally he hasn't worked with Brit in years but loves the single. So yeah, it is kind of a stretch that he actually said that.

I'm a dancer and hurt my leg this past dance season. Torn meniscus and no cartilage between my bones so they were rubbing together. So no fun. 3-4 months and I'll be able to dance again 🙏🏽
