He actually doesn't have time. Early voting in key swing states starts very soon and he's still being decimated in every poll, whether its neutral, liberal, or conservative
If he has to pivot he has to do it now before it's too late but he's already said he won't do it and he's not winning whites in enough numbers to offset the minorities voting against him in droves
He's pretty much done
