I know they're from a big agency, but they need to be everywhere right now.

They are already everywhere. They're already #1. And it's not just that they're a big agency, but the influence Big Bang has inside of Korea is a little more comprehensive than say a B1A4 or even SISTAR. Anyway, promos are expensive, and if your group already has the recognition, why waste money? Heck, they've earned the luxury of leaving them wanting more.

Although, if anything, that "Whistle" is smashing while "Boombayah" kinda fizzed may make them reevaluate their next 6 title tracks... which... takes time.
