That one thing I got from Nate (the Netizen website not the members), it's not about the up votes or down votes but more about how many comments. Like for examples on Suzy's acting there are always more about how about she can't act, but more upvote praising her. So we always see people praising her and not trashing her, the only bad ones are the funny/ruthless ones.
