Besides, it would be the perfect opportunity for her to prove to people that she's more than just a ballads artist.

Plus, if she does a "Rumour Has It" / "Someone Like You" mashup like Glee did, she could justify doing "Someone Like You," which is one of her big hits and needs to be done. Then she can also do "Hello" and "Rolling in the Deep" (which are givens), and she has the option of doing "Set Fire to the Rain," "Send My Love," and/or "Water Under the Bridge" if she releases it and it smashes.

I wouldn't be surprised to see her bring out the Spice Girls either if she were to do it (disregarding the rumors about OneRepublic, which I would also LOVE). The only other artists she would've brought out would be Beyoncé and/or Bruno, but having them again makes no sense.

Whilst I agree that is a worry, that was because of technical issues. She has shown many times before and many times since that she can sing the song live well. I can guarantee that if she were to do it, she wouldn't be using prerecorded vocals. I'd put my life on it.

That was a technical issue that caused it, and she still sounded better than most of the other performers.

Adele ALWAYS sings live. She's not using any pre-recorded material if she does it, and if the Super Bowl is that desperate to have her do it, it will be under her terms. She's one of the biggest artists in the world right now, and having her lip sync would go against everything she stands for. No one is going to get her to do that.
