Also I think Kesha has exaggerated a bit with how much Luke controlled Warrior, I mean he let her put Dirty Love, Gold Trans Am, Love Into the Light, Wonderland and Past Lives on, plus added the guitar solo in OWDWY; which is like half an album filled with rock/alternative vibes. But yeah its evident in songs like Crazy Kids and C'mon and even Die Young that she wasn't into that sound anymore (yet those were the three singles).

I don't think she exaggerated at all and she didn't mean just him controlling what was put on the album but also the singles. I think she was fine with what was on the album for the most part but really wanted to have something different from her usual party songs as a single, which is why she chose DL as a statement and did that video. I wouldn't say she wasn't into the fun party sound anymore. She just wanted the GP to hear the other side of her, which was one of the big issues she had.
While on the subject, I still want the studio version of MGL. I need it in my life.
