Rise is a BAD song. The fact that it's holding up as well as it is means people are dying to buy/listen to new Katy.
This is no good for the OKH. And framing it as such is naive and foolish. This will be revealed in the months to come.

Loose vocals haven't improved whatsoever, she just replaced background singers with super loud backing track so you don't hear her real voice at all.
