Listen, you all have every right to dislike the video.
I literally only played it twice and probably will only play it once more because when a new Britney video comes out I delete her old videos and restore them in chronological order so I'll play it a third time.
The petition for the album cover is ridiculous
BUT the petition for the video is acceptable.
Melting down is unacceptable to me.
You've supported this "idiot" throughout many things and to get so in your feelings (not just you) to namecall, turn in stan cards, take glee out of her downfall just because you didn't get what you wanted just makes it worse.
the OBHs are cackling at you all right now because they don't have to do much.
I think the petition, backlash and dislikes can be enough to wake her team up to push this album back.
They really have time for a 2nd single to save this era. I don't know why people WANT her to perform make me at the VMAs when it's not a smash.
I say nix the VMAs and since he shows were canceled GET The 2nd single shot and release the album after the Iheart festival
she'll also have Ellen with new episodes, Jimmy kimmel, fallon, Watch what happens live and GMAs
This can turn around.
If they go with a lackluster VMAs performance of a "mild hit" like Make me and release the album on August 26th then it is career suicide.

maybe she's had it?

I honestly don't think it's her vision.
She didn't seem convinced when she said ti was about female empowerment.
Sound like someone convinced her this was a bad idea and she caved.
I really think she was ok with the video but her team wasn't.
