S&M looks great but not memorable at all. It's cute.
Nothing has really slayed me thus far and I'm pretty sure it will pull a XY when the games are out and new ones are announced.
Popmaid is an icon for the ages, though.
To me personally, the region alone is way more memorable than any other so far, simply because its the first tropical region while the others were all kinda similar if we're being honest.

I started this in May and after endless hours catching bastards like Misdreavus in Johto Safari Zone or chasing Moltres around Sinnoh, I've finally got every Pokémon... Excluding 5 event Pokemon, 4 of which are coming later this year anyway. I'm so blessed

Frisk is better than Chlorophyll. So many grass types have Chlorophyll that the competition is tough. Not to mention sun teams aren't that viable anymore. At least with Frisk you see what the item is which is helpful in some cases with pokemon that have several choices.
Chlorophyll is actually better, though. It gives her a potential sweep role and that's better than nothing since Frisk is basically useless, anyway. The only thing that drags it down is opportunity cost because there are already so many Grass types with it, but still.
