I think the hate for Eminem boiled over with the last album. People seemed kinda over him and over it, they want something else from their rap that's not some wigger yelling.

Tyler has been banned from places, gets called edgy often and isn't anything like the others in terms of star power.

Eminem has been criticized for his lyrical content and Kanye is constantly seen as a mess, but they have made a foothold in a genre where people consider them legendary which Azealia does not have.

She's also angered people amongst her peers way more than any of them have.

He also started out in a different era, he was seen as pushing buttons while being technically impressive.

There's a reason there's no rapper doing what Em has done in the current scene with the same amount of recognition he had back then.

I've never heard a Iggy song that I enjoyed, on the other hand Eminem's "Kim" is one of my favorite song of all time. Eminem is one of the best storyteller of all time. All the artists you named received hate at some point but didn't care about it because it all came down to their art and fans. I think she looks good but Iggy just seems silly to me, I've seen videos of her "rapping" and "freestyling" and it was hilarious and embarrassing.

Talent may always win after all.
