Not sure. Wouldn't be surprised if the gp is starting to get bored/ lose interest in the segment tbh without switching things up. Also, besides Adele, 1D and Bieber, there hasn't been as many super high profile artists. I mean artists like Selena and jlo are popular and have huge followings, but they are nowhere near the profile of artists like Adele, Bieber, Rihanna, Katy, Taylor, etc. when it comes to drawing viewers from all over the world as they release worldwide smash after worldwide smash. Unfortunately, the demographic that watches these segments are no longer here for older acts like Missy Elliot and RHCP singing their hits in the car.
