Taylor has kept her story straight and this video doesn't contradict any of her claims. She has only ever been upset about the "I made that bitch famous" line. Kim's video doesn't show Taylor hearing about that line because he never told her, which is the whole reason Taylor was mad.

I posted this in a thread a minute ago but I felt it should be posted here too. As much as I like to think that Taylor set Kanye up, it just doesn't seem like that's what happened.

Actually I believe Taylor is innocent in all of this now. She's not contradicting herself.

I'd love to believe Taylor flipped the coin on Kanye (because that's so devious), but it seemed like Kanye set up Taylor? I mean they were recording the conversation without her knowledge which is INCREDIBLY shady and illegal. If he never told her about the "bitch" part and pissed her off even more (which she sounded a bit in the conversation but she was trying to stay respectful) and wanted her to snap. It's not like she even mentioned his name during the AOTY speech Kanye's just pissed off Famous wasn't as controversial as he hoped.

What she lied about (kind of)

• even though she did not address Kanye directly at the Grammys, she shaded him and made it sound like she didn't know about the "I made (that bitch) [her] famous" line, when really she only didn't know about the "that bitch" part. (talking about the famous line in the snapchat recording)

• the first statement said that Taylor cautioned him about releasing "a song with such a strong misogynistic message" in the phone call

1. Taylor didn't sound like she cautioned him
2. According to the recording she didn't really have a problem with the sex lines (note she wasn't aware of "that bitch" at that point)

So what was Tree trying to do here?

for all we know, Kim didn't post the full phone call. There might be parts where Kanye asked if he could release the song on her twitter and probably Taylor rejected and said a song with such 'strong' message isn't a good idea because of her image. Kim only released parts of the phone call that would paint the lord in the negative light.
