It's definitely a real single.

They're giving it 2 videos, put up billboards, are projecting "RISE" on buildings, writing #RISE in the sky, took over itunes for a day.....they clearly want it to smash.
And it will. It might not be a monster right away but when Olympics come around and it's put on Spotify and the video with her is out, it'll undoubtedly be big.
Hopefully if/once it debuts lower than they'd like, though, it teaches her team not to skip out on Spotify and radio deals at release for the lead.
