It's a song discount which has been number one for its entire run so stop trying to make a comparison.
And Views was #1 it's entire run...
And a song being discounted after two months is much much less common than an album being discounted after two months. There's literally no reason to discount CSTF! except to stay at #1, just like Views.
Surely the people who had a problem with Drake discounting to stay #1 9 weeks into his run should have a problem with JT doing the same

It's discounted by 29 cents...
And I'm talking about number one in sales which Views has not been since like the third week so

So.... It's still a discount is what you're saying?
Drake's discount was to stay at #1 on Billboard 200. JT's discount is to stay at #1 on iTunes / Hot Digital Songs.
A discount in the 9th week for JT is somehow okay if it's done to stay at #1 on a different chart Both discounts were for the same purpose, there's no excuses.
I'm pretty sure people are allowed to sell there music to whatever price they want to
Certainly. But certain people including JT fans were coming for Drake discounting to stay #1 in his 9th week, and the same thing is literally now happening. And the Drake haters who came for him will likely say nothing about this / have a sudden change in opinion.

If JT doesn't crack 150K sales this week, the discount was a waste of time. He won't dethrone One Dance on Hot 100, and the discount will have had a small impact.
