I do agree that All I Ever Wanted doesnt really feel like a kelly clarkson album either. It did go WAY to pop. hopefully there will be more of a balance fromHER & her LABEL on the next album

I don't know where in the world you got that idea but you're completely wrong about Breakaway. Kelly had to fight for at least half of the tracks on that album because she had an emotional connection with each one of them. If anything, Thankful was the least representative of who she is as an artist.

"If I Can't Have You" is a sure hit.

"Impossible" is probably the best choice, we didn't have anything a bit darker this era. It will be huge or it will flop though.

"Long Shot" is a long shot, but it will be a moderate hit at least.

"The Day We Fell Apart" would be a perfect song to end this era though.

She had the most creative control on "My December", and it was good, but her weakest album to me. Half of the album, if not more, lacked something. :/

"Thankful" was great, but different and forced. Her least creative album, even though it's pretty good. (:

"All I Ever Wanted" is her most versatile album IMO, we have something dance, something dark, something brighter and killer ballads. What more do you want? :P

"Breakaway" was amazing, perfection.
The only thing I hate is that all the songs released as singles and almost the whole album end with her repeating one line like five times.

Hope the 4th idea is fully scrapped then. There's nothing else good on the album, and if they are doing a new one at the end of the year then they need to let this era go.

^no, they dont...theres still time for one last single........if she releaases the single in March and then the first single from the new album in September .theres 6 whole months in between....more than enough...i hope they choose If I Can't Have You instead......

Anywayz, as much as I love this album, it's done. I really don't see the point on releasing another single right now, when 'Already Gone' has been dead for basically 2 months. She should just focus on the next album.

I was talking about the singles of Breakaway, not the album tracks. There is a difference between tracks like "Since U Been Gone" and tracks like "Addicted." The only single from that album I think she really enjoyed doing (because she obviously enjoys most songs she records) was "Because of You." I went to her concert and heard her whole story of how hard she had to fight to record it and release it.
