It's the perfect year for Nicki to lose as she didn't release any music as a lead artist. If Nicki wins it every year, then they might just scrap the award. So Remy's win might prevent that from happening. Awards aren't meant to be won by the same person every year.

It's not like she has 10 albums left... It's not her fault that she's the biggest female rapper out right now. There's no reason to scrape it especially when it's BET awards.
