I think she's been working on the album for months now. She definitely wrote Witness, katy would never allow a song on her album she didn't at least co write. and Witness was definitely written for KP4 I think
But u said u unstanned Gaga cause ARTPOP flopped . Are u sure u wont do it again with Katy? U may like her songs and dance to them. If u want to compare albums u dont judge which has better songs but which emotions and stories shows how u feel. It is not Xfactor. If we cared for critics we would not have stanned Katy at all.
