i think it's the most normal way of putting out new music actually, not giving it away until its run its course sort of...
and her full catalog is of course available aswell.

At the end of the day no matter how many of yall run your beefsuckers about "nobody caring"" her streams will suck" HER two albums (21 & 25) have still outsold your favs whole discography. And she is the best selling artist of this decade You having a 2007 Britney meltdown won't change that and make people return those albums or make her flop!
