I can agree with that. But TPP's highlight tracks are some of my favorite Nicki songs, so if I had to pick an album I'd still pick TPP over DWMTM.

If NM4 turns out to be that rap classic that we're all expecting then I'm here for NM5 being a dance-pop/house album. Unlike back in 2012, Nicki has already solidified her mark in hip-hop and she can't have 3 consecutive hip-hop albums, she needs to switch it up. The only problem I have with Nicki doing dance-pop/house is that when she thinks of pop music, she automatically thinks of Top 40 radio which is why a majority of her pop music is trash. She needs to learn how to make quality pop music.

Here are some examples of QUALITY dance-pop/house music without being too left field:
