Sales don't matter when it comes to Western artists in Asia because *******ing and illegal downloading is so prosperous (where Bey is the highest by far; probably because her albums are so damn expensive and her film isn't available in Asia). Also, BEYONCÉ was only released in Asia until 1 year after its release

Public recognition and respect matter the most.

Beyoncé is the most respected artist in the world especially in Asia because they stan for talent and everyone wants to be her.There's like 2934823942 idols who mediaplay themselves as the Asian Beyoncé. They use Beyoncé songs for literally everything.
