Told my ex i still love her
We were together for three years but we broke up a year and a half ago but I still love her and told her a few days ago. Was that stupid of me?

It depends on where she is emotionally. If she loves you back then you won.
Otherwise you might have made a fool of yourself, but at least you got that out of your chest. Just try not to humiliate yourself any further.
