Good. The husband of one my mom's friends died from strep that he didn't take care of. The bacteria invaded his heart. It was horrible. People often tend to ignore it thinking it will go away on its own.
It's not that farfetched to think we're living in a simulation. Once our tech advances far enough, we'll have our own simulations & the cycle will just repeat.
