She didn't let Jon in on it because Jon doesn't like Little Finger and would have probably been outraged that they are still in contact.

She's been damaged. I don't think she can fully trust anyone and it's not like she even had much love for Jon before all of this. It doesn't make it right but she's been through hell and back and now she's just trusting herself.

Beyond that, Jon would've objected on the basis of honor and integrity. He hates Petyr.

She knew that Jon would lose it and fall into Ramsey's trap. She's been playing the game for a while now and she's smarter than all of them that's why she's still alive despite all that she's been through. Other characters would drop like flies in her circumstances but she always knows how to adapt.

Perhaps, but between Ramsey's choice lines, his mode of death, and her closing smile, I think you have to at least reconsider. Her character arc is reminiscent of Walter White's. She's been dealt a **** hand, sure. We want to sympathize with her. But at what point are we forced to admit that a monster has been born?

Let's be real though - Sansa was much slower to adapt to her circumstances than others, and she owes her life not to her own genius but mostly to the innate value of her position. No one ever truly wanted to kill her, because she is far more valuable to everyone alive.
