For having to follow the monster of a show China put on, I think Canada is doing a great job.

China spent billions and billions on those games, and on the Opening & Closing Ceremonies alone. But I prefer Canada - it's not as in-your-face showy, it's very artsy and gets the point across to your heart & flows naturally with the spirit of the games.

Unlike China, who used Olympics as strength to prove their country's greatness. This is much more relaxed & I like it this way.

I didn't think about that. Did you know they were taken away from their families as early as 4 through 6 to train for their whole childhood? They never got to see their families after that. Shame on China.
