Could the school not get sued for letting ha not wear the bra. Wouldn't they be responsible for showing indecent content to minors - i.e. the other school kids? Obviously, it shouldn't really be a big deal, but if it's a social norm that could get them in trouble by law, then they have every right to do it. I'm not sure but I seem to recall that websites can get sued for showing images like it without warnings, so surely the same applies in person too?

Always find it strange to see schools without uniforms.

random fact: in my school district they were actually strict about dress codes for both men and women. you weren't allowed to wear anything that was too short to reach your knees, and you couldn't show your shoulders, whether you were male or female. equal opportunities, i guess?

but that's just where i'm from. either way, this is pretty stupid. i guess i can kinda see why someone would be uncomfortable if it was really obvious, but the shirt covered her up fine.

on the other hand, not wearing a bra is pretty unprofessional in a workplace-type setting, and schools are meant to prepare you for that, so idk. i guess i can see the arguments from both sides.
