Kinda true.
We got Mewtwo Y in Jan, Sylveon in Feb, nothing in March, Bunnelby, Scatterbug and Fletching in April, Spritzee and Swirlix in May and everything else on June.
Now we have the starters, the box legends, the bird, those other two, Zygarde's forms and Magearna.
