Agreeing with others who replied, the first anime that hooked me was Fullmetal Alchemist, then Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and then Code Geass. I loved those so much and they made me further enter the world of anime.

I did think it was weird that Deku finally controlled his power at such a random time. Thought it was gonna wind up being one of those episode finale scenes they like to do so much.

Supposedly people didn't like the new episode (9) of Kabaneri but I watched it and I thought it was good and it set up the rest of the season nicely. Is this just me?

They probably won't like the rest of the show if they didn't like this episode since it kind of set up a big part of the plot.
