Yeah no, she never said she didn't want it.
It was a very diplomatic way of saying that if she's not considered she won't be hurt, but if she is, she'll take it.
It would be highly unusual for Hillary to have reached out to her already. Everyone knows that it's being looked into and worked on, even Elizabeth, but it has to be quiet and diplomatic. We typically don't get an announcement until three weeks to a month after the convention, so it's very early still.
. Only reason she did it because the female senators all signed a letter to get her in!
