there's this one exercise you can do with that machine that's SO good for your glutes, I like it better than pull ups, like this:
I do five sets of 20 reps each leg (100 per leg), with 176 pounds, it makes your butt so damn sore but yeah... at least you know it's working.
curious to see if these protein shakes I started taking this week make any difference, I wanna get big.
