n. Madonna is literally the only artist in the top grossing tours who performs the way she does. I don't know why you're trying to FORCE her performance style on all the pop tarts as the pinnacle.
Taylor and Beyoncé have done just fine without resorting to it (not to mention the several rock bands ahead of Madonna).
I mean, Kylie's shows change as often as Madonna's and she remains relatively unknown (though I do love her

It has more to do with the artist themselves than the performance style. Again, not
everybody wants to see a Madonna show. Look at Bey's tour grosses. Or Bruce Springsteen's. Or U2's. Will they also be forgotten too for not flashing **** on stage?
