I think it's another promo single (for now). That's why he said "my next video", not "my next single".
But I hope it becomes a single

We don't know yet. He's still on Single #1 aka Close. All the songs and videos released are promo singles (for now).
He'll confirm the second single soon, I guess. But for now, they're all just promo singles.

This song is NOT what I was expecting, after listening to the iTunes preview. Champagne Problems is the better single choice.

That's what he wants tho. These are not supposed to overshadow the lead single, just promote the album.
