I get that a lot lol.
I guess gaining is actually kinda harder.
I just gotta lose a couple kilos and then I can work on my pecs and stuff.
I started in November, Thing is, I had these month breaks and that's when everything I did went down the toilet.
NEVER stop going for more than a week.
My motivation was all gone and after a month when I realized, that I started to get to the same point where I was when I started, I got so mad.
