I'm pretty sure Cheap Thrills would've been enormous had Rih recorded it. I'm glad she didn't, though, because it totally doesn't fit the direction she's been heading musically with Anti.
Well considering how well it's doing worldwide and how long it's been out with a video.......I'd say it's ascend has been slow & steady as far as the US. Hopefully it becomes big for her here.

It doesn't at all. I was sitting here wondering where it could've fit on ANTi track list and came up with nothing. She did the right thing leaving it off the album.
Yeah it has been slow af lol. It was released months ago and peaked @ some countries a bit ago and its barely taking off right now. But Sia songs always take forever to take off here for some reason same thing happened with Chandelier it was released and it was just hanging in there until it finally took off after it was already a smash in most countries.
