Second Chances would be better than All Stars tbh most would have nothing to lose plus we've lost so many stars too early

The recent promo CBS has been doing points to some returnees, but I don't think it'll be anyone that fits the bill as an "All Star". They have to get creative given the pool of cast actually left.

Around this time, we knew they were looking for twins. Not sure if there has been any casting twist hints yet. Some guy from some viral Youtube video a brother-sister duo said on TMZ Live BB contacted him but he turned them down. Not sure if the had contacted him and his sister or just him. I could see secret siblings as a casting twist this year.
