Dangerously in Love, aside from its 3-4 flukes, is an R&B masterpiece. It's a classic for a reason. B'Day is amazing from start to finish, but everybody knows that already

LEMONADE only has 12 songs and one is an interlude, and like three aren't even good straight up (Daddy Lessons, Love Drought, Freedom). And the songs don't have like lasting power? I'm done with half of them after 10 listens or so.

Lemonade is her best musical endeavor for many reasons. I think you're getting commerciality confused with quality. Self-Titled had those potential "hit" records like DrIL and Partition. However, Lemonade as a concept is a lot stronger and better executed. And it makes sense that there are less "standout" tracks when you're trying to sell a whole rather than parts. It's why I don't think we'll get individual VEVO videos a la DrIL.

The musical elements, vocal delivery, and visual representation of Lemon' makes it her best by far. Doesn't mean it's more enjoyable to us pop-tarts tho.
