It Follows is great. It used paranoia, tension and atmosphere to be scary. Stylistically and sonically it was amazing. Truly well done film, however i do see why people say watching it more than once can start to feel redundant. I've watched it like 4 time - each time showing it to new people, and it does start to drag a bit. Doesn't take away from the fact it's original, and one of top 5 Horrors this decade.

But $130, gurl, you must really love it.

Slay I honestly do not get tired of watching it, the score always makes me shook and the cinematography is so stunning. I always find something new to appreciate.

I might only keep the middle one from the set because that cover ruins me but I'm not gonna sell the other two if I can't get much more than what I paid. I really wanna get the Disasterpiece vinyl too. And some posters... I just love the visuals.

I love It Follows. I saw it in theatre and was blown away. It had amazing acting, cinematography, music (!!), and plot. The second time seeing it is definitely a lot less exciting though. It was a 9 the first time, but only a 7 the second time. I'm scared to watch it again in case it gets blander.

The Final Girls tho is perfect! That Bette Davis Eyes scene is flawless. I need to buy that on DVD.

Hush had its issues definitely. The scene where she was talking to herself in her head was simply amazing so that kinda saved the movie for me. I agree there were a lot of faults like the guy randomly circling the house for hours and the cliches. It was definitely not big budget, so I cut it some slack for that. It's like a 7/10 movie. Good concept but could have been executed better.

I gotta agree, the scene where she talks to herself was THE best, it's basically how we talk to ourselves and take decisions, I know there were some issues but I also love the fact that she was deaf and it made her suffering even worse.

lately I've been in a mood for a violent and gory movie, any suggestions? it doesn't necessarily need to be scary (most of those aren't anyway)...I think I've seen a lot of movies like that so I'm kinda running out of options lol

I have and that's the problem, I think I've seen most of the "popular" gory movies so finding the ones I haven't isn't very easy.

but anyway, I'm looking forward to Purge 3, loved the first 2 movies.

I was gonna recommend Human Centipede (i think the 2nd one is the goriest) but you've probably already seen it lol

The first one isn't all that gory but the second one is. The third one is trash.. don't waste your time
