Am I the only one a bit confused. I adore the album, so that's not the problem. But Work From Home, and both the songs they shot videos for Flex and That's My Girl don't really reflect the overall feeling/sound of the album

It basically pushes casual listeners in the wrong direction. I am happy they released a visual for Write On Me down the line since that is more true to the overall feel of the album.
Even though I adore the album, I feel the addition of an other urban influenced song and a proper album closer for the standard could have balanced it out.
But damn all 14 tracks are so damn good

and I love how this compliments to Reflection in a sort of Yin/Yang kind of way.
