I think it was when she takes off the hat her hair got caught or something, she was standing at the mainstage for a while while her team were pulling on it.

Gutted it wasn't the normal routine and seeing her do the choreography on the catwalk and runway as normal but if you weren't really into that much detail of the show it would've looked as if she sung at the mainstage while they were at the BeyStage. But she did join them eventually.
