The diamond standard is lower for international artists there. Katy and Justin just went diamond there too, which is still impressive.

Wikipedia lists Animal's WW sales at 2.5 million. Considering it sold 2.1 million in 2010 and didn't appear on the 2011 year-end charts, I would say that's probably accurate.
