SELENA GOMEZ - Kill'Em With Kindness: 10.462 (+0.768)
CHARLIE PUTH - We Don't Talk Anymore f/Selena Gomez: 0.859 (+0.319)
Tell me this isnt gonna be a problem for our girl yall
No, it's good. She can have two hit singles at the same time. And it wouldn't hurt KEWK to slow down on radio, so it can grow on iTunes and as soon as it's high on iTunes & Radio, she'll drop that MV and it can go Top 20. The MV just needs to be good.
Selena Gomez’ “Kill Em With Kindness” Headed For Pop Radio’s Top 30
Selena Gomez’ “Kill Em With Kindness,” which reached the Top 40 on last week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart, will earn a Top 30 position this week.
The fourth “Revival” single received 2,114 pop radio plays during the first six days of the May 8-14 tracking week. The count, which tops last week’s mark by 122.8%, earns “KEWK” the #29 position on Mediabase’s building airplay chart.
Looks like no Billboard performance
But she still could do some TV promo before the NY concert, but better don't expect anything
I think Meghan had a single out along with her colab with Charlie too. Did it hurt her own single? I didn't pay attention.
I wouldn't say it was because they were released at the same time but Meghan's two singles at the time (Dear Future Husband and Marvin Gaye) didn't perform as well as they should've. Honestly I don't think KEWK is going to smash in the same way her last three singles did but it'll be a good OOTW sized hit. WDTA will hopefully be a top 10.
I love Selena to death & im not trying to be negative however this is climbing to fast on radio given its iTunes position. Radios as a habit of putting staples on power with every track regardless of public reception and I'm afraid this is going to get Company/Out Of The Wood's'd

Good. It'll allow We Don't Talk Anymore to reach it's full potential.
