I think the album as a whole has huge replay value. It helps that most of the songs are not that long (aside from Realiti & World Princess Pt. II).

Can't really say that there are any Justin Timberlake songs I purposefully go out of my way to listen to (aside from the boy band). I guess maybe 4 Minutes by Madonna. That one was really good.

Really? The breakdown during the chorus is so addicting to me.

The whole album is amazing but I'd say Do You Wanna Get High?, Wind in Our Sail, Good Thing and Jacked Up are my favorites.

Yeah, the album is really good. I need to get into more of their music.
The only other album of their I know is PInkerton which is amazing.
