I feel exactly the same about Dany's story too! I was hoping we'd get a second scene last night where the Khals come in and make a decision on what to do with her. It seems like her story is just going soooo slow this season. They could have had her get to Vaes Dothrak in episode 2 and episode 3 have the decision. Hopefully next week's episode we finally see her story speed up a bit.

Hasn't been confirmed by GRRM or the screenwriters, but most likely yes.

I didn't quite get why B&W killed Stannis last season since he's still alive in the books (and a fan favorite).
But now I'm starting to see the gist of it, killing him was basically to make way for Jon. Jon inherite Stannis's sbires/consultant: Davos and Melisandre and he already put Mel to work real quick

I'm pretty sure Jon is gonna send Davos away on a mission like Stannis used to do with him. (recruiting pirate ships to attack King's Landing, or sent to the Bank of Braavos for money)
